VEHICLE DETAILS

1965 MASERATI MISTRAL 3700
FULL RESTORATION

This is a beautiful example of the 3700 Mistral originally manufactured by Maserati between 1963-1970.

Presented in its original Grigio Montebello colour over biscuit leather interior, chassis XXXXX retains it's original 3.7 Litre engine #XXXXXX, a direct derivative of the legendary 6-cylinder dual-ignition that powered the Maserati 250F Grand Prix and racing sports cars in the mid to late 1950's. The car also retains its original Campagnola steel wheels, where many Mistrals are now seen on later option Boranni wire wheels.

Between 2018-2021, the car was completely recommissioned by Italian classic car specialists, where engine, transmission, and all key mechanical components were refurbished. In 2022, interior headlining and transmission tunnel trim elements were restored using the correct grade biscuit leather, while seats and door panel trim remains original. More than €50,000 of invoices are on file and a photographic record of all work carried out.

  • Completely recommissioned example by well known marque specialists.

  • Completely rebuilt original 3700cc engine producing 245hp.

  • Original LHD model delivered new to France in 1965.

  • Uprated braking and suspension systems.

  • On the button, superb performance and handling characteristics.
